This jumpsuit is one of my favorite purchases ever! It’s so soft, lightweight, comfortable and perfect for my upcoming trip to Hawaii. I talked about this piece extensively today on my Instagram stories. In case you missed that, here’s what you need to know. This brand runs small so you need to size up 1-2 sizes. Most of their items are made of this rayon material which does not stretch, at all. The front of this jumpsuit is pretty low cut, however, there is a hook and eye clasp in the front that makes it less revealing. The waist tie is not removable, however, it can be tied in the front or back. There is a hidden back zipper (which I forgot to mention in my stories). This jumpsuit also ties at nape of the neck, there are two really long ties with tassels at the end.
My favorite ark bag dupe is made of bamboo and is under $45! Lastly, these vegan leather (faux leather) espadrille wedges are under $20!
Hi guys! At your request, I put together this designer dupes handbags post for your viewing and shopping pleasure, simply click on the handbag name to shop it. I’m including links to both the designer items as well as the dupes so that you can better compare both items if need be.
That said, the whole point of this post is to show you two things. Number one that you don’t need to spend thousands of dollars or even hundreds to buy cute & stylish handbags. Number two that there is absolutely no need to use animals for accessories. Your style can be cute and cruelty-free simultaneously.
One last thing before we get to the post, have you seen the news about Vegan Fashion Week?! It’s so neat! It starts today in Los Angeles and it’s the first ever Fashion Week that’s 100% Vegan! I can’t wait to see all the gorgeous vegan accessories and clothing that’ll come out of this show!
I’ll be sharing more vegan brands soon but in the meantime, make sure you sign up for the blog newsletter to get new post notifications, exclusive content, and be automatically entered to fun giveaways!
I’ve had my Chanel Boy Bag dupe for a little over 2 years now and it’s still in great shape. I thought, given the price point, that this bag was going to fall apart after a few months but it’s held up very nicely. I used it for two of my recent outfits. See how I styled my Chanel Boy Bag dupe with pops of red here, with leopard print here, and with camouflage here.
See how I styled my Cult Gaia Ark Bag dupe with a dress here and with jeans here.
You guys, there are SO many designer dupes out there. I’m planning to do a couple more of these posts, if you all want to see them. Let me know by leaving a comment here or over on my Instagram. Let me know what you thought of this post, or what else you’d want to see in these kinds of posts. I hope this post helps illuminate those that think vegan handbags and accessories are dull and boring. I’m also going to be sharing some awesome vegan brands that offer gorgeous pieces across all style categories, so stay tuned for that. Let me know what you thought about this post or if you have any categories you’d like me to cover for next time. I love hearing and seeing all of your feedback!
Ok friends, I have a few things to share with you all today. First, we shot this look a couple of months ago, but I’m just now getting around to posting it. I absolutely love this dress, and it’s under $100! It’s the perfect blend of rayon and linen. Which means the fabric has a good weight to it and it drapes beautifully. I love a good wrap dress but what sold me on this one were the pockets! Dresses with pockets are just the best, don’t you think? Anyway, this dress comes in 5 different colors; one option is a beautiful, light gingham print. I love the drop shoulder and the midi length. The cut and style are elegant enough to wear it to a more formal event, like dinner. But the fabric and drape make it more casual when paired with flat sandals and casual accessories, like a crossbody bag and a fun, long necklace. I’m so excited for fall weather, but I don’t think it will be arriving here in las vegas any time soon. So this is a good transition piece until then.
On another note, if you follow me on Instagram, you’ll see that my interview on the DM Show Podcast is now live! It was my first podcast ever, and I was so nervous to record! I think it went well overall. Anyway, I linked it in my Instagram stories, but you can also listen to it on Apple Podcasts for free here. We spoke about veganism, vegan lifestyles, vegan babies, vegan fashion and beauty, and a there’s a bit about my personal life. Please go listen to it and let me know what you think!
Also, as you can see, I’ve been adding other types of post besides fashion and beauty. I plan to start sharing more inspirational content with you all. I want to share all the things that inspire me to create a beautiful, happy, fulfilled life, that will help make the world a better place. There’s so much that I have planned and I’m beyond excited to share it all with you. I want to give back. I want to serve others. I want to do work that inspires and uplifts others. If you follow me on Instagram and you read those posts, you’ve seen a little glimpse of that in my latest sponsored post. I’m also working on covering more vegan, cruelty-free brands that are stylish and ethical. So watch out for that and make sure to subscribe to my newsletter so that you don’t miss anything. I’ll have some exclusive content on there including giveaways for subscribers only. Btw, newsletters only go out once every month.
Ok, that’s it for today. Hope you all have a beautiful Wednesday! Thank you to each and every one of you for following along, it means the world to me. 🙂 <3
I wore this look last Monday for a dinner with Vegas Lifestyle Influencers at Margaritaville. I can’t get enough of this breezy, layered ruffle top! I wanted a casual but chic look so I paired this ruffle top with my favorite new skinny jeans and a nude sandal. These jeans by Ashley Mason are soooo comfortable. They’re high-waisted, curve-hugging, and fitted at the waist (no gap!). These are seriously the best jeans for curvy women. Also, they’re $27!
Would you believe this dress is $30? Well, believe it! I’ve been wanting to order clothing from Amazon for the longest time but was hesitant given the low price point. I thought the quality would be bad. Nevertheless, I bit the bullet and I’m sure glad I did. Both my bag and dress are from Amazon and I love them! This dress comes in a wide variety of colors and prints. It’s so light and airy, perfect for this Las Vegas desert heat. My bag is a dupe of the Cult Gaia Ark Bag (which is sold out everywhere) but it’s only half the price! I ordered the large size and it’s perfect. It easily holds my phone, wallet, lipstick + much more. It’s also very well made; the bamboo pieces are smooth and well connected. This bag is so unique and perfect for summer that it’s no wonder it’s sold out everywhere. But you can still get the dupe on Amazon! I’m also obsessed with my new sunglasses. They’re part of Nordstrom’s anniversary sale. The sale ends on August 6th (only 5 days left!) so check it out and score some amazing deals before then!
We shot this look last week on the 4th. Clearly, I was really feeling the holiday 🙂 I’m loving this ruffle sleeve top I found at Anthropologie. Although, every time I look at it, all I can think about is my shopping expedition that day. If you saw my Instastories last week, you’ll remember the incident I had with Athena in the dressing room that day at Anthropologie, lol. This red animal print bandana is also an Anthropologie find. It’s so cute and it comes in different colors! I love adding little details like this to bring a look together. And not to bury the lead, this gorgeous bamboo handbag is a Cult Gaia dupe! I absolutely love it! It’s only half the price! It’s so perfect for summer outfits. Make sure to follow me on Instagram where I’ll be talking about the size, how much it holds, and showing it in close-up detail.
