Cruelty-Free, Vegan, Packable Puffer Jacket under $50!

Jacket: Old Navy (on sale, under $50!)| Top: Jella C (on sale under $20!)  | Jeans: Good American | Sock Booties: Steve Madden | Beanie: Boutique (similar here & here)

This puffer jacket is such a score! If you don’t know, most of the popular brand puffer jackets are filled with feathers. It’s not very animal-friendly and it is totally unnecessary. This one, however, is polyester-filled (which means it’s cruelty-free, YAY!), lined with fleece for extra warmth, comes in 6 colors, and is on sale right now under $50!!! I bought this to wear for our trip to Utah but I’ve already been wearing it non-stop here in Las Vegas. It’s lightweight but warm and you can still layer under it.

I also can’t stop wearing these Good American jeans. I’m seriously obsessed with this brand, the fit is so perfect. They stretch really well and fit every curve without being loose at the waist. If you haven’t tried Good American jeans, you’re missing out! They also look good on every body type and age. A friend of mine works at Nordstrom’s and sells these all day long; she says teenagers and older women alike buy these and they sell really well. Once you try them, you’ll see why they’re so popular. Don’t take my word for it, grab a pair!

Knit Sweater with Wedge Boots

Sweater: Anthropologie (similar here & here) | Top: James Perse | Leggings: Target | Boots: Target (on sale!) | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff (on sale!) | Sunglasses: Dolce & Gabbana (similar here)

I hope you all had some wonderful holidays! I wanted to share the outfit details from this look I posted on Instagram last week. These wedge boots are sooo comfortable and they’re on sale now! They’re especially useful now that my little potato is growing so quickly and giving me sore feet.

If you follow me on Instagram and you entered my Pink Blush gift card giveaway, I want to say thank you! Thank you for your support and participation. I genuinely love hearing from and interacting with you all on social media. I hope to host many more giveaways this year so stay tuned!

And the winner is…..mermaidmomx3! Be on the lookout for a DM from me soon.

Wishing you all a very happy New Year! Let’s remember that we all have the power to make 2017 exactly what we want it to be!  🙂 <3

Dress and boots

Fall is in full swing now here in Las Vegas and I’m all about these over the knee boots. I’ve been wearing them with everything. These particular boots are by Via Spiga. They have a suede-like hand feel and are very stretchy. I’m also a fan of Stuart Weitzman’s 5050 boot which very closely resembles this Via Spiga pair in both look and fit. Finding boots that fit my calves is nearly impossible so if you have this problem too, either one of these will work really well for you.

Wearing Anthropologie dress, James Perse long tank dress, Via Spiga boots (similar), Pretty Polly tights, Rebecca Minkoff bag (similar), and Tory Burch sunglasses.

Yesterday on Instagram I mentioned an announcement. I’m so excited to share with you guys that I’ll be launching a small clothing line on Etsy this fall! That’s the main reason behind my lack of posts these past 2 months. I’ve been designing, sourcing, and creating everything myself. It hasn’t been easy but it’s been a lot of fun and I can’t wait to share it when it goes live later this month. You can expect cool, casual, chic, and comfortable pieces (think Vince and James Perse with a touch of Donna Karan) in subtle tones for this first collection. Stay tuned 🙂

skirt with peplum hem.

Not sure what to wear for Valentine’s? Here are six different looks to inspire you and have you looking lovely. Go with a big tulle skirt for classic romance or perhaps a staple piece in a refreshing hot pink hue. If your style is a bit more edgy, finish your look with a pair of cool boots or a leather jacket over more feminine pieces.

Knitted pieces are comfy, cozy and a must have for winter. However, I can’t help but think of a lumpy over-sized sweater every time I hear the word “knit”. For this reason I went out seeking beautifully knit pieces in flattering silhouettes that are easy to wear.  Zara knit dress, Steve Madden suede thigh-high boots, Forever 21 rings and Lucky Brand bunny necklace on sale here.

My dear friend Caitlan was kind enough to model here. Isn’t she gorgeous?!
