A good trick to starting off your week on the right foot is a great outfit you feel good in. Mondays can be a drag so dress in one of your favorite outfits, have a green smoothie (energizing nutrients, yay!) and start your week right. I once read in an issue of Vogue a quote that really stayed with me, “Dress up to cheer up”. This really works! Clothes can totally transform the way you think and feel. Like when you wear your little black dress, you know, the one that hugs you in all the right places and makes your legs look a mile long. So dress up! I do every chance I get because when you have a 4 month-old baby and you work from home, you’re most likely gonna be wearing yoga pants and a drool-covered t-shirt a large portion of the time. If I’m being honest, my shirt is currently covered in spit up (and my yoga pants too) as I type this, lol.
