It’s officially June! This means two things: summer is just a few weeks away, and the heat is coming! Tie dye prints and summer go hand in hand. I love tie dye maxi dresses and flowy, bohemian tie dye tops. However, it’s hard to not look like a hippie when wearing tie dye.  I bought this tie dye pencil skirt from James Perse a little while back because I just thought it was cool. It’s been sitting in my closet because I wasn’t quite sure how to style it. I felt like the tie dye pattern was really fun but because of the pencil shape I was at a standstill. How should I style an oh-so-soft, relaxed print with a dressier silhouette? I’m quite pleased with the result.

Wearing a James Perse tie dye pencil skirt, similar here, Danskin scoop neck bodysuit, I.N.C studded cardigan, similar here, Mossimo ankle strap sandals, Mossimo white faux-snakeskin clutch, vintage sapphire ring.
